Dealership & fleet detailing, done on your lot.
We bring our own water, power and equipment to your yard or showroom and work through units on a schedule you can plan around. Per-unit pricing agreed up front, billed on terms.
Three kinds of commercial work.
Independent lots and small dealer groups
Dealership reconditioning
Lot-ready in a single visit
- · Full exterior wash, decontamination and gloss enhancement
- · Interior reset: extraction, leather care, odor treatment
- · Engine bay and door jambs for front-line units
- · Delivery prep for sold units, scheduled around the customer pickup
Contractors, HVAC, landscaping, service companies
Work truck & van fleets
Trucks your customers see first
- · Recurring wash and interior wipe-down on a set weekly or monthly cadence
- · Bug, tar and road-film removal specific to Missouri highway miles
- · Wrap- and decal-safe chemistry so branding stays sharp
- · We come to your yard, before or after your crews roll out
Small business fleets, dealer loaner cars, rentals
Executive & rental fleets
Every unit hands over clean
- · Standardized turnaround detail between drivers
- · Interior sanitizing and odor removal
- · Paint sealant or ceramic coating on long-hold units to cut wash time
- · Condition notes photographed on request
How a commercial account works.
1. Walk the lot
We look at real units, not a spreadsheet, and agree on what a finished vehicle looks like for your standard.
2. Written per-unit pricing
You get a flat price per unit by size and level of work, with volume tiers. No surprise line items on the invoice.
3. A standing schedule
Weekly, biweekly or on-call. Same detailer, same products, same result on unit 40 as on unit 1.
4. Invoiced, not deposited
Commercial accounts are billed on terms after the work instead of taking the deposit we ask of retail customers.
One documented checklist, so the fortieth unit matches the first.
Volume work usually goes to whoever is cheapest that month, and the finish shows it. We would rather hold a smaller number of accounts and keep the same person, the same process and the same products on every vehicle you hand us.
We are fully insured, we work around your hours, and we will tell you when a unit needs less than you asked for. Ask us for a two- or three-vehicle trial before you commit to a schedule.
