Prices are for a standard car in good condition. Trucks, large SUVs and heavily swirled or repainted panels are quoted after we see the vehicle.
What the process looks like
- 1. Inspection. We check paint depth and swirl severity in daylight and under inspection lights, then confirm the tier that actually suits the car.
- 2. Decontamination. Foam pre-soak, two-bucket wash, iron remover and clay so the surface is chemically clean.
- 3. Correction. Machine polishing to remove swirls and etching. This is the step that changes how the car looks.
- 4. Panel wipe and coating. Every panel is stripped of polishing oils, then coated by hand and levelled.
- 5. Cure. The car stays dry for 24 hours. We walk you through washing it so the coating lasts its full term.
Honest expectations
It is not scratch-proof. A coating resists chemicals, UV and light marring. It will not stop a shopping cart or an automatic brush wash.
You still wash the car. You just wash it far less often, and dirt releases with much less effort.
Prep decides the result. A cheap coating over uncorrected paint just seals the swirls in for years. If a quote seems low, ask how many hours of correction it includes.
Ceramic work needs shelter. Coatings cure best out of rain and direct sun — a garage or covered carport at your home works well.
